Transparent and simple. Final figures depend on your location and scope; insert your actual pricing when ready.

Then billed per half‑hour after the minimum.
Materials: at cost with 25% sourcing/logistics fee if we purchase on your behalf.
Parking/tolls/congestion: charged at cost where applicable.
Fixed‑price projects (e.g., room painting, kitchen/bath installs): after a free site visit.
Out‑of‑hours (early/late/weekend): 50% uplift for those time windows.
