Rates

Standard Domestic Cleaning: £25 per hour.
Fixed Price Examples: End of tenancy clean from £180 (1-bed), One-off deep clean from £120, Oven clean from £60.

Cleaning FAQ

VAT will be added to all charges at applicable prevailing rates

All charges are PER TRADESMAN

MATERIALS charged at cost +25%

PARKING and CONGESTION CHARGE charged at cost

SOURCING time, where applicable, charged at flat rate of £20 excl VAT

SPECIALIST SUB-CONTRACTORS charged at cost +25%

Rescheduling/cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking,
please give us 48 hours’ notice to avoid a late notice charge of £20+VAT.

No-show/abortive visit policy

If we arrive on site and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own,
the minimum charge applicable to the booking may be applied.

For fixed rate bookings, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday,
we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.
